Duties: |
| KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITITES: • Promote and participate in the Guest Services Hospitality Standards at all times. • Load/unload product on and off delivery vehicles. • Package product for transporting to stores. • Stock product as directed. • Break down all boxes and remove packaging material from stores and storerooms. • Unpack and price new product as needed. • Control stock rotation, adhering to FIFO inventory movement. • Participate in store set-up at openings and closings. • Assist with periodic inventory preparation and counting. • Work independently, early morning hours as needed. • Enforce observance of all safety regulations. • Perform any other such duties as may be required. |
Qualifications: |
| PREREQUISITES: Education: High school education. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Warehouse experience preferred. Ability to use computer and ten-key calculator required. Knowledge of retail and food inventory system is highly desirable. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others are necessary. Clean driving record. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to others. Must be able to read and understand directions and instructions. Appearance must be in compliance with company guidelines. Must be able to grasp, handle, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be service and safety oriented. Must possess a sense of awareness, timelines, urgency, humor, and common sense. |
