| Serve client families in an efficient and timely manner while achieving financial goals and objectives. |
Duties: |
Responds to customer service requests in a timely and satisfactory manner.
As an Agent for Forethought Insurance, meets with families, as well as developed leads, to explain the benefits of pre-need insurance and finalizes contracts.
Works with clients in selecting cemetery property.
Works as a team with assigned Funeral Director in at-need services.
Provides continuing care to families for one year following at-need services.
Prepares all at-need and pre-need service contracts completely and accurately.
Is knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, cemetery rules and regularions, and applicable government regulations. |
Qualifications: |
| Desire to be of service to families. Insurance license and driver's license required. |
