| Benefit Systems, Inc. is a leading TPA firm located in Austin Texas. BSI has been in the business of creating and maintaining successful retirement plans for over 15 years. Our client base ranges in size from the small professional practice to the multi-employer conglomerate. We currently have a career opportunity for an experienced Defined Benefits/Contribution Plan Administrator. The candidate will work remotely from Denver, Austin or Houston.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate that they have managed the reporting and compliance responsibilities for a group of DC/ DB plans including: responsive client contact, coordinating data requests, preparation of compliance testing, annual reporting, and client billing.

Duties: |
Candidate must have working knowledge of the following: Reading and interpreting plan documents Annual ADP/ACP testing Annual Top Heavy tests Coverage and other non-discrimination tests Form 5500 and related schedules Familiarity in working with daily valued products a plus Cross-tested contribution calculation a plus Microsoft Office |
Qualifications: |
| • Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally
• Strong organizational and client management skills
• Knowledgeable in DC/DB plan concepts, plan design and compliance issues
• Attainment or progress towards QKA, QPA, CPC or APA designation
• Software experience with standard administration programs
• Experience – 2 years of plan administration, compliance and reporting |
