| Performs routine daily duties in the cleaning of guest rooms, public restrooms and areas. |
Duties: |
| <p>Responsible for washing hallway windows, dusting all projections from the wall and vacuuming.</p><p>Clean public areas, restrooms and showers.</p><p>Take dirty linen from room attendant carts to dirty linen room as needed or assigned.</p><p>Assist as directed loading and unloading linen to and from daily transport.</p><p>Assist in loading recyclables onto daily transport.</p><p>Stock linen closets with clean linen throughout the day as assigned.</p><p>Take garbage to garbage area as assigned.</p><p>Maintain cleanliness of cot ramp, closets and utility rooms. Maintain preparedness for management inspections</p> |
Qualifications: |
| <p style="margin-left: 0.5in">Will be required to perform diverse physical tasks.<span> </span>Must be able to stoop, bend, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.<span> </span>Some walking and stair climbing. Good physical energy, stamina, and agility.<span> </span>Must withstand exposure to wet floors.<span> </span>Must be able to tolerate and work in cold weather.<span> </span>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance occasionally.</p><p style="margin-left: 0.5in">Must be service and safety oriented.<span> </span>Must possess a sense of awareness, timelines, urgency, humor, and common sense.<span> </span>Must live in local community or in park.<span> </span>Must be able to adapt to the isolation of winter park life</p> |
