Description: | Integral Consulting Inc. (www.integral-corp.com) is a full-service science and engineering consulting firm providing multidisciplinary services in the fields of environmental assessment, remediation, and redevelopment; environmental chemistry, geology and hydrology; toxicology; and physical, health, atmospheric, aquatic, ecological, and natural resource sciences in the U.S., Canada, and abroad. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for our Seattle, WA office.
Qualified candidates should have a B.S. or M.S. degree in geotechnical, coastal, environmental, chemical, civil, or related engineering field, with a P.E. license (or eligibility). A minimum of 1-2 years experience (junior-level), 5 years experience (mid-level), or 10+ years experience (senior level) in characterization, management, and remediation of contaminated sediments is highly desirable, including applied knowledge of sediment dredging, disposal, capping, and treatment methods, natural recovery, river and estuary restoration and associated state and federal regulatory requirements. Experience relating to contaminated soil, groundwater, and storm water management is also desirable.
Responsibilities may include site characterization studies, feasibility studies, numerical modeling, engineering analysis, preparation of design plans and specifications, permitting support, construction monitoring, and project management. AutoCAD skills are also a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Positions may also involve active participation in business development activities.
