| Apple Physical Therapy has an opening for a Physical Therapist in our Yelm Clinic. Besides providing physical therapy services, the Yelm Clinic offers specialty programs such as fall prevention, Women’s and Men’s Health, Work Conditioning, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Massage therapy. At Apple, therapists practice on a broad range of patient diagnoses with a wide variety of treatment approaches. Our one-on-one treatment approach ensures quality patient care; patients are never double-booked. |
Duties: |
| Evaluates new patient referrals and delivers physical therapy care within the scope defined by Washington State, and the practice standards defined by Apple Physical Therapy (APT). Manages a patient care schedule that meets APT production standards. Documents all clinical activity including evaluations, daily notes, status reports, discharge notes, and utilization reviews in accordance with APT standards. Confers with referral source(s), insurance company representatives, vocational counselors, legal offices, and other pertinent parties as necessary to appropriately manage patient care. Actively pursues clinical continuing education and works towards professional growth/development goals. Utilizes outcome data to determine needs for training. Delegates effectively to PTAs; refers to/ consults with LMPs as appropriate. |
Qualifications: |
| Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of physical therapy. Active license to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington. Must be able to work until 7 PM. |
